Therapist Bio

Kimberly is a psychotherapist and nationally certified counselor who received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lakeland University, Sheboygan, WI, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. She has worked in the behavioral health field for over ten years, and is the Director of Mukwonago Psychology Group, an affiliate of Life Span Psychological Services in Brookfield, WI. "My passion is to help those who seek behavioral and emotional changes, and to give hope during times when it may feel like no one understands or listens. Together, we can get through the hard things."


Kimberly works with adolescents and young adults specializing in suicidal ideation, self-harm, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depression. She is an LGBTQ+ ally, an advocate for suicide awareness and committee chair for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Kimberly is a supporter of ESAs, and often brings her German Shepherd to work.


Additionally, Kimberly helps her patients understand their moods and emotions, process internal triggers and combat negative thought patterns. She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of her patients and works closely with them to create a treatment plan for the best possible therapeutic outcome. Her goal is "to help adolescents find their way."
