Therapist Bio
Developing healthy relationships in all aspects of our lives is key to living a joyful and
fulfilling life. If you find yourself struggling to navigate complex dynamics with family, friends, coworkers or romantic partners, or perhaps you are at a stage in life where you are just starting to find relationships around you, know that you are not alone. I would love to work with you to address loneliness and frustrations in relationships so that you can live in a world where you feel loved and understood by others.
I offer a style of therapy called cognitive-behavioral therapy that focuses on understanding how our patterns of thinking impact our choices, and how our thoughts and choices contribute to our emotional well-being. We also delve into understanding the “why”
behind these thought patterns that have developed, to help protect you from falling into old patterns once you have established healthy new ones. This process will help you understand yourself more deeply and give you tools to build a life around yourself that is rich in friendship and connection.
My role is to guide and support you through this process. I will be there to help you
tease out negative thought patterns, guide our conversation to a deeper understanding of how these patterns developed, and help come up with new patterns and ways to practice them. Once you can confidently pursue having healthy relationships with those around you, you will experience the richness of living in a joyful and fulfilling community that you yourself have built.
Contact me today to start working the process! Everyone deserves to feel loved and
understood, and the sooner you start, the closer you are to finding your joy!
