Every individual is unique and requires their own unique plan of care. I will use the skills I've learned in my time at my master's program (ex: cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology) to help, but I will adjust my plan of care based on the individual needs of each client.
I want to help others create a foundation of self-love and acceptance. When we learn to give ourselves grace and embrace who we are, we no longer rely on the outside world for validation.
