Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. The good news is that you do not have to face them alone. Anxiety, relationship concerns, improving communication skills, and conquering feelings of depression are just some of the challenges that we can explore in our time together.

You deserve a therapist who does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can make it possible to achieve your goals while keeping your individual needs in mind. I strive to understand and approach you and your needs with genuine compassion, empathy, and honesty.

The process of therapy can be transformative, healing, and nurturing. Take the next step in your journey by calling or emailing me today.

Specialties include: anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues.

Finding a good fit with a therapist can feel overwhelming. I'm so glad you landed on this page. My goal in work with clients is to understand how to best support them in journey to healing. Your story matters-the story that's been written, the one you're writing now, and the chapters that are in the future.

Using an integrative approach drawing on principals from psychodynamic psychotherapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, I approach my clients in a holistic way. With training in yoga, mindfulness, art, and music, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs to address not only your current situation but also working to understand the root.

Together, we can work to find peace, healing, and gentleness. Please reach out with any questions or to find a time to connect.

Specialties include: infertility, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum counseling, life transitions.

Life is a whirlwind of emotions that can get the best of us. I want to help people feel relief, strength, purpose and more. We all have positive, special qualities and skills that can help us when we feel agony. We all need to be genuinely heard without judgment as this can be empowering and the beginning to lifting some of the emotional weight we carry every day. With even a slight shift in mentality, we might open gates to peace, happiness, higher self-esteem, self-motivation and self-discipline. Coming to counseling is you fighting to feel better, and I can help you discover and fight the feelings that have you stuck.

I will adjust counseling methods used, change them or combine them according to you as a person and your needs. In other words, my client’s uniqueness will determine the course of therapy.

Life can be difficult, causing us agony and even hopelessness. I can meet you where you are, and together, we can figure something out.

Things are always changing, and not everyone adapts in the same way. This unpredictability might make us feel overwhelmed, unprepared, powerless, or insecure. It’s hard to manage our own reaction to change let alone the reactions of our family or friends. What worked for your neighbor, parent or co-worker might not work for you, but that doesn’t mean you have to disregard your own potential.

You already have all the tools you need, and I can help you discover them. Whether you are looking to heal from something in your past or wishing you could look forward to a future that feels more like you (or both), I can support you in working toward your vision. Your experience and perspective matters, and there is enough space for all of it.
