Therapist Bio
I approach counseling with deep compassion, patience, and a strong belief in the healing power of kindness. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process where clients are met with empathy, understanding, and respect. Creating a space where individuals feel safe, heard, and valued is central to my work. I believe that meaningful change happens when people are given the time, support, and encouragement to explore their experiences at their own pace.
Though I value and welcome men’s mental health; I have a particular passion for supporting
women’s mental health, including concerns related to body image, self-esteem, anxiety,
depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I am committed to helping women develop a
stronger sense of self, cultivate self-compassion, and build resilience as they navigate personal challenges and growth. I enjoy helping clients clarify their goals, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful personal growth and self-actualization.
While I value working with individuals across the lifespan, I have a particular interest in
supporting adolescents, college students, and young adults (approximately ages 16–30) as they navigate formative life stages. This period often includes significant identity exploration, relationship development, career decisions, and personal transformation. I feel honored to walk alongside clients during these important chapters of their lives.
My approach emphasizes patience, collaboration, and empowerment. I believe each person
already possesses strengths and inner wisdom, and my role is to help clients reconnect with
those qualities while developing new tools to support their well-being.
Specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, goal setting, self-concept & self-awareness, personal growth & self-actualization, self-esteem, adolescents and young adults, life transitions.
