LifeSpan Psychological Services provides patients carrying a number of different insurance plans with the opportunity to receive treatment at our clinics. We accept health plans from most of the major insurance providers. Don’t see your plan on our coverage list? Call us today and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Don't have insurance? No worries, we also accept self-paying clients. Sliding scale plans are also an option for those who need it. Call us for more details!

For those with Forward Health, MTM does provide transportation to and from appointments if needed. Visit the DHS website to book your ride or find out more information.
Wisconsin Forward clients are also eligible for reimbursement for gas mileage to and from therapy sessions.
