She strives to maintain a non-judgmental, accepting, and safe environment for her clients to bring their celebrations and frustrations into. She values authenticity, humor, and genuineness in her work with clients. Briana approaches therapy with a focus on well-being, relationships, patterns that emerged from childhood, and learning ways to honor and grow through one's experience. She has worked with a range of problems including, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, and trauma.
