Life can be incredibly challenging and exhausting to navigate, especially when feeling alone. Given the current social climate and socio-cultural expectations, navigating who you truly are can feel limiting and confusing. Having an encouraging and supportive space to be yourself can help break through adversity and bring you closer to your authentic self. I believe that everybody has individual strengths. With empathy and passion, I support children, teenagers, and LGBTQ+ folks who may have concerns regarding identity exploration, emotion management, communication struggles, and self-esteem.

I am here to help youth and queer individuals by incorporating approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy. In sessions, exploration might be through talk, play, creative activities, or coping skills- which can be used outside of sessions too!
