Starting therapy can bring up many thoughts and emotions, whether you are exploring
how it might help improve your life or actively seeking support. My goal is to offer a
welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported
throughout your healing journey.
I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma, different forms of abuse,
anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life changes, and more. My
approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and inclusive, meaning I aim to recognize
your experiences and needs to better support you during our time together. I am
committed to cultural awareness and LGBTQIA+ safety. I use evidence-based
techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy
(DBT), mindfulness, and other strengths-based strategies.
I also believe that therapy can be personal, engaging, and creative. I enjoy
incorporating elements like pop culture, games, and your unique interests to help build
