Therapist Bio
I have once been where you are. I know how hard just taking that first step can be, to reaching out and finding someone that will help even when you feel like there may not be any help left. I have seen many family members and friends struggle with substance use and mental health, as well. I will leave you with this, if you are willing to work on yourself, I'm your person to help you and work along with you to help you be the best you.

In practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I graduated with my Master's Degree from Concordia University and am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in training (LPC-IT) and Substance Abuse Counselor in training (SAC-IT).

As mentioned, I know how hard that first step to take is. But, when reaching out to me know that no matter where you are in your journey, whether it's your very first time seeing a therapist or the 20th time seeking help, I will always help meet you where you are at.
