Are you or your teen experiencing stress, anxiety, or going through life transitions? Are you experiencing challenges at home, school, work, or in your relationships? You are not alone. I strive to meet my clients where they are at with compassion and warmth. In therapy, we will work together to promote healing and improving daily functioning. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches, I am here to support and empower you to achieve your goals and create changes in your life.
I work with clients ranging from pre-teen to adults who are working through anxiety, daily stressors, life transitions, and past unresolved trauma. My goal as a therapist is to build a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for you to feel comfortable. Together, we will create a treatment plan that fits your goals for therapy.
