Therapist Bio
Reaching out for support is hard, I’m glad you’re here. I work with children, teens, and adults who are looking for new perspectives, ways of coping, or simply someone to talk to. My personal commitment to the counseling relationship involves a warm, nonjudgmental demeanor. All folks are welcome. Each person is unique and I love incorporating clients' interests, hobbies, and strengths into our work together.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling, as well as an additional certificate in trauma studies, in 2024. Before that, I spent 2 years in 4K-12 schools and college campus settings supporting individuals in their mental health.

Life throws a lot at us. Our confidence in our ability to handle it matters. I integrate perspectives and techniques from DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS (and of course, with younger kids, play). Though I am trained in solution-focused therapy, my time as a therapist has taught me that identifying “what to do about” a challenge is only the first step in the hard work.
I look forward to hearing from you soon- I still have some later afternoon spots available for fall.
